Avalon High - Cadet Kelly - Revenge of the Bridemaids Reviews

As the clumsiest, most clueless cadet to enter George Washington Military Academy, Kelly seems to be fighting an uphill battle to fit in. But it's all out-out war when she butts heads with Cadet Captain Stone, a tough-as-nails, by-the-book "commanding officer" determined to break her spirit.

REVIEW:
I found this movie by mistake while i thought i have watch all the old movie from Hilary Duff. The movie is the usual new girl to school, famous girl don't like ,etc. But it has a difference with the military school and all. It was an okay movie. After some time,i thought it was going too slow and i get bored though. Not the best acting from Duff.

Avalon High, I was starting to think, might not be so bad after all.
Maybe it's not where Ellie wants to be, but if you have to start at a new school, Avalon High is typical enough: There's Lance, the jock. Jennifer, the cheerleader. And Will, senior class president, quarterback, and all-around good guy.
But not everyone at Avalon High is who they appear to be . . . not even, as Ellie is about to discover, herself. As a bizarre drama begins to unfold, Ellie has to wonder, what part does she play in all this? Do the coincidences she's piecing together really mean—as in King Arthur's court—that tragedy is fast approaching for her new friends?
Ellie doesn't know if she can do anything to stop the coming trouble. But somehow, she knows she has to try.

REVIEW:
The movie is based on the book of Meg Cabbot. I have to say, it was a nice change from the usual TV Disney movies. It has some fantasy and magic and some mystery, except the usual love story. I believe they would have done a better job with it if they wanted. Almost all the actors were new to me but pretty much they were good. The last part of the movie was a bit messed up and i lost my interest but it was cool for one time watch.

When Abigail and Parker return from New York City to visit their home town, they discover that their best friend Rachel is a bridesmaid in the wedding of their childhood friend, Caitlyn, and Tony, who was Rachel's boyfriend until Caitlyn interfered. Abigail and Parker decide to run some interference of their own. They manipulate Caitlyn and become bridesmaids as well so that they and Rachel can sabotage the wedding from the inside. With help from a police detective who happens to be a groomsman, the girls strive to ruin Caitlyn's wedding while dodging her controlling mother and hopefully reuniting Tony and Rachel.

REVIEW:

Now that was good! It was so much fun! A well made movie, almost for cinemas with good acting and interesting-funny plot. I loved how they tried to sabotage the marriage and how they would have done anything from their friends. And for once i liked, that not everyone believed that bride was all innocent til the end! It had some reality in it. And at the same time was cute and romantic. I can easily re-watch it anytime.
